There is incredible power that comes from seeing and being seen. Classes at Meghalaya are deliberately intimate, so you will never be just a face in the crowd. Also, all our classes are at least 75 minutes, allowing ample time for you to ease into and out of practice. Yoga is not a workout, so let's not dilute its intention. :)
